Conditions for returns and refunds

If there is a defect in the product when it is delivered, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives. Please note that if you do not contact us within 7 days after the product arrives, we may not be able to accept your request for a return.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used or for reasons such as the color being different from what you saw on your monitor.

Return shipping costs
If the product is damaged or defective due to our fault, we will cover the shipping costs. Please send it to the return address below, cash on delivery.
