The "Blue and White Porcelain Wheel Flower Incense Burner" is an incense burner that perfectly harmonizes the pure beauty of blue and white porcelain with the delicacy of the wheel shape. The wheel shape of this incense burner spreads out like a petal, and the pale bluish white color of the blue and white porcelain brings tranquility and elegance to the space while being filled with a soft light. This is a product that combines the delicate shape created by the graceful curves with Mr. Ikura's outstanding craftsmanship.

The beauty and technique of blue and white porcelain

Blue-and-white porcelain is a type of white porcelain that is characterized by its pale bluish white color due to the trace amounts of iron contained in the glaze. Its transparent color is tranquil, like water or air, and exudes a sense of coolness. Ikura's blue-and-white porcelain works are made using the difficult technique of applying a thick layer of glaze during firing, resulting in uniform coloring and deep beauty. This incense burner also exudes the elegance and purity unique to blue-and-white porcelain, and the deep color of the glaze is highlighted depending on the angle of the light.

The elegance of a flower-shaped wreath

"Rinka" refers to the technique of making the edge of a vessel wavy in the shape of a petal. In this "Blue and White Porcelain Rinka Incense Burner," Ikura-san's delicate technique has created an elegant rinka shape. The shape of the petals spreading out softly, combined with the soft texture of the blue and white porcelain, creates a dignified beauty of form. The gentle curves of the rinka also softly reflect light, giving the incense burner a sense of flowing movement along with a three-dimensional effect.

The elegance of an incense burner

This incense burner is not only used to burn incense, but is a beautiful piece of decoration in itself. The soft curves of the flower motif and the transparent colors of the pale blue porcelain gracefully decorate the entire space when burning incense. The pure texture of the pale blue porcelain and the quiet spread of the incense create a moment that truly soothes the soul.
