He is one of the young Tamba ware artists we are paying close attention to.
As the third generation of Shosan Kiln, inheriting the business from his father, Ichino Motokazu, he works hard every day.

When we talk, he comes across as modest and quiet, but when he talks about his thoughts on his work, I sense his extraordinary passion.
While inheriting the traditions of Tamba ware, he pursues new styles, and this is reflected in the tea bowls and sake cups he makes.
Among Ichino Shusaku's works, our shop mainly carries heavy ceramics in subdued colors.
